1. Overview and Eligibility

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. Our website is designed to showcase informational blog content and offer custom or pre-made physical wood crafts for sale.

2. Products, Custom Orders, and Pricing

3. Purchases and Payment Processing

When you make a purchase on our website, you will be using a third-party payment processor, Square, that collects your payment information and processes your payment. We are not responsible for the collection, use, sharing, or security of your billing information by Square. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method you provide, and that the information you supply to us and to Square is true, correct, and complete.

4. Cancellation Policy

We offer cancellations on standard, non-custom orders, so long as your request reaches us before your order ships. Contact us to cancel. We reserve the right to cancel your order for any reason, at our sole discretion, including fraud, inaccuracies, or unavailability of the item purchased. We will notify you promptly if we cancel your purchase, and you will receive a full refund of the purchase price paid.

5. Deposits

Custom orders placed through our Design Your Own tool require a 50% deposit at the time of order to begin work, with the remaining balance due before the piece ships. If you cancel before work on your piece has begun, your deposit is refunded in full. Once work has begun, your order is treated as a custom order under the final sale terms in our Return and Refund Policy, and the deposit becomes non-refundable. If we cancel your order for any reason, your deposit is refunded in full.
